Our principals, Randall Smith and Phyllis Fry, have worked in software development and systems management since the mid 1980s. Their work has followed the growth of the Internet from its genesis as a government and academic research project into the World Wide Web, an essential tool for both commerce and government. Incorporated in 1993, R&P Programming provides solutions to a wide range of IT challenges. From the beginning, we have worked closely with our clients in order to understand their needs and help them to clarify the aim and scope of each project.
